We're super stoked on this little project that's been in the works for a while now:
Two years, not a long time for many, but a milestone for some. Tim White launched his now world recognised shop ‘T.Whites Bikes’ two years ago, this second birthday is a massive tip of the hat to Tims drive, motivation and passion for bikes but also his customers that have supported since day one.
To mark the milestone Tim teamed up with Lester from QuietChaos Clothing, an NZ label with its roots firmly planted in all things two wheeled to collaborate on this special 2nd birthday pack.
With both Tim and Lester involved with BMX and bikes in general from their early years, and the fact both have chosen their path in life for the passion and love of it, it made sense for them to team up and work together on this release. This special release is made up of 3 tees just in time for summer as well as a 5-panel cap.
Each tee highlights a different part of Tim and Lesters involvement with bikes. The ‘Rider’ tee is a rework of a popular streetwear label’s design blended with a throwback to ‘80s BMX where both Lester and Tim began their riding.
The ‘Factory’ tee is also a bit of a throwback to their early years racing and gives a nod to the current T.Whites team riders.
The ‘Chain Brain’ is pretty self explanatory, both guys have bikes on the brain most of the time. Without a chain a bike cant go anywhere, likewise without Tim’s motivation, vision and passion his shop wouldn’t have lasted thus far.
The 5-panel is a custom piece made specifically for this pack. With a dash of denim giving it a QuietChaos tie in, and the cotton canvas being super grunty as well as black in colour it will last a long time while out riding in the grime, or swinging spanners in the basement.

This Saturday at T.Whites bikes they're have a party to celebrate 2 years of T Whites! Theres going to be all kinds of festivities, we'll be throwing a boot sale and a few other brands will be there as well as BMX action and Baxters famous BBQ stylings.... See you there! We're also releasing a special collaborative project with TWhites that day some come get some of that limited edition action!

I came across this guy Max Tannone's handy work the other week, he took Talib Kweli's lyrics and cut them to some Dub/Reggae beat and the album 'Dub Kweli' is the result. Its real well done and has been gracing my ears for a minute now. Get the album for free HERE. And make sure you check his work with Mos Def x Dub/Reggae and Jay Z vs. Radiohead mixes too. Im becoming somewhat of a fan boy for Vans shoes recently with various styles and colours piling up in my wardrobe and on the back step of the house (the dirty ones). Im definitely a fan of the Chukka's and the latest ones from Vans 'Vault' collection tickle my fancy, well the Navy colour does anyhow. This is the worst coffee I have ever had. While staying in Auckland on Sunday morning Gemma (the Wife) and I wandered to the Viaduct for some breakfast, and not knowing what cafes were in the area we hit up Mecca which was the busiest spot, figuring if there were that many people in one place it must be deece, WRONG.... Bad food, worse coffee. Dont go.

Wohaa...Balling... Found this radical boat on the internets this morning. Reminds me of a Nixon watch colour way they were doing... Certainly breaks the norm as far as boats go! "The Blue Boat is about as blue as it gets, covered in blue paint and upholstery from bow to stern, starboard to port. Every inch of Blue Boat is light blue in color, save for the dials that rest behind its steering wheel" It will be auctioned off, expecting to fetch upwards of about $270,000 USD.

Saturday just been was my good buddy Mike Davies stag do down at a batch at lake Rotoiti (near Rotorua if you don't know), aside from riding some BMX bikes on the way to the batch, a little game of "Draw the Straw" went down, and Danny (Wellington) who'd organized the game lost and suffered a Justin Beiber tattoo at the hands of the infamous Waz-Man! Too awesome.
